I opened a new account in BBVA bank, the staff is very helpful, and the service is very good especially online banking.

There is an option for an agile loan (the one that doesn't require all the paperwork and which gives better rates), but doesn't work, I contacted the bank for a fix, but it seems that they can't resolve the issue. After having updated my information, the option of an agile loan has disappeared from my app, but it still hasn't disappeared when accessing from a mobile browser. It should be a straightforward process. The only solution I was offered was the classic loan, which has terrible rates.

There is an issue with debit card issuing request that I can't resolve for a week: bug in the app does not allow this and customer support also do nothing. Bad experience. ☹️

Awkwardly I ordered a statement for 2 years, paid 5 euros, they made a statement for 1 year, can not automatically send it to e-mail, need to use third-party programs to save this statement. It feels like something ancient. Progress? Future? UX/UI? No, they haven't heard
