Update 4.17.2020 - app works, has biometric security/login. However, there needs to be a way bvb to easily see pending payments ona separate screen. Belle is included, another plus. Also, the check deposit feature finally works.

Always messing up. Never updates on time. The belle that they have in app, give me problems and still haven't received any money my sister sent me through belle. I try to log in on belle app but tells me to go to my mobile bank app. Go to dollar bank app and still did not receive payment. Thanks to online mobile banking customer service agent helped tremendously and got the issues fixed and solved. I should have my payment in 1-3 business days

This app exceeded my expectations I would have never known how easy it was to deposit a check unless Shelly from the Monroeville PA Branch advise me. It was such an easy process all I had to do was take a photo of the front and back of the check and hit deposit, and it went right into my account. I thought there would be a 3 to 5 day hold on it, but it was less than 24 hours before I had all the money that was deposited. I am so grateful to Shelly she said she is a new hire, and she is amazing.

This is the worst banking app I've ever used. The mobile deposit function is worthless. Every time I try to deposit a check I get an error that it can't be read, even though it's perfectly in focus and in frame.

Since 4/28, I see the following alert on the application and cannot remove it. I cannot use the mobile app at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Message: "Alert! To safeguard your data, this application does not support debugging."

Can no longer use app since update so have to cancel my bank account since I won't be able to deposit my paycheck through mobil and going to the branch is a hassle
