★★☆☆☆ As a longstanding fido customer of over 5 years, I'm extremely disappointed. Having merged with rogers and receiving subsequent updates, the fido app is next to non-functional. Rarely am I even able to load the main UI, and when it does, it is very choppy/glitchy, moves by itself, obscures information. Rarely am I able to check my bill, my data usage, my 5 free data ses., my plan, any account changes are non-functional. So many resources from rogers and still such f grade quality. Irresponsible.

★★☆☆☆ I can't sign it to the app. If installed and installed the app and even with into.a fido store, and they couldn't sign in either. Gave up
