★★★★★ The whole app is very confusing to use. Simple things require many actions.

★★☆☆☆ Handy ticket are only keeping your invoices for 12 Months! So if you want to use their paperless electronic tickets for a tax return you can forget it. It's 2020 and this service is a joke. If keeping 12 invoices for more than a year presents a difficulty to you, you better close doors, leave this whole digitalization thing and go back to the 20th century!

★★☆☆☆ The most unuseful app I've ever tried to use. Anything you try to do, it displays an "internal 900" error, and when you actually try to buy tickets (which is, well, the hole purpose it exists), it says "the ticket price cannot be calculated". Ridiculous.

★★☆☆☆ This app is a huge mess in my opinion. - forgot PIN function does not work - registering does not work because you cannot type in your date of birth, no, you have to use the form and go back month by month. It's a joke
