It works fine for me but an English friend who is insured with Linea Directa cannot access the app. He cannot download it to his UK mobile because it is not on the UK Play Store, and he cannot download it to his two years old Spanish mobile because it says the system O/S is too old. A sizable percentage of LD's client base must be foreigners, so how are they meant to access the app on their foreign phones?

Well my car broke down today, and by chance I saw the app on my paper work, downloaded it, registered then requested a tow truck which found my location from app, all very quickly. Worked well

Acceptable app, easy to use, but it will not accept my address, so I have not received my car insurance documents. Something wrong here.

Be very careful with this company my car was sent to scrapyard because engine blew they then keep ringing me when I reported it to them after a couple of weeks they said I had to cancel insurance but then I could use what I had left on another car I had 6 months left paid they then told me I had to open a new policy pay first before I could get a refund from other car they are not clear on that when I cancelled it they said I would have no problem changing to another car don't trust these sharks

Since the update of 30/07/19 this app is useless. I needed a grua. And it would not let me ask for one, I needed to call number on screen. Called number on screen. Automated voice said what do you need. I said "grua" .... it could not understand. So I got others who are Spanish to try. No luck. If you're on the side if the autovía. don't use this app. I have been a customer for years, but this app is making me look else where fir insurance. Go back to the old app that worked.

Didn't work When requesting password it can't generate one, says to call but no options to ask for a password
