After the recent update, this app is no longer functioning in Android TV and the Chromecast streaming is pure horror due to the constant lagging. Relatively ok app has been ruined. Kiss of death to MTV...

Chromecast's support is awful. I wanted to start a show and then cast during the ads. Clicking anywhere in the screen during the ads opened a related webpage -> had to wait for ads to be over. Then cast the show and what happens? The same idiotic ads were shown again. Additionally, ads were shown just a minute before the show ended (survivors) so had to watch those just to see "coming up in next episode" part.
