The app has a simple graphical user interface and makes me feel my BTC is secure. After receiving my GRAVE I downloaded the most up-to-date firmware to my PC then synced to my GRAVE which seemed to fix the QR code timeout issue I was initially having. I was easily able to transfer BTC from all my exchange accounts with no issue once the firmware was up-to-date. So far it's been a great product.

This had a lot of support and the devs are from all appearances and by history, really dedicated to the software, firmware and hardware of this device, and it's app. They have added some really neat features in device firmware 1.7 (Metamask and token discovery) The app version 2.7.15 is pretty smooth no hangups or issues. It was nice to see the improvements from 1.0 launch post crowdfunding 2+ years later. Hope to see more cool features coming soon, that will make it a 5 of 5-star rating.

Everything is great! Just be aware that some exchanges send ETH as an internal transaction that will not "show" on your balance. Ngrave informed me that they are working on it. The transaction can be verified on Ether scan. This would be a 5 when they make all of my funds visible!

Very buggy, slow and not worth it for NFTs. Before the last update all nfts were in collection folders and accessible. Now no folders and will only try to display the first 50. You can only send 1 NFT at a time. Garbage app for the super high-priced GRAVE wallet
