The new version is more reliable than the old one, so that's an improvement! However, every so often it forces you to log in again (annoying but whatever) but if you have 2FA turned on it tells you to open the app to confirm the 2FA, which can't be done as I'm logging back into the app. Falling back to bank credentials works, but maybe consider fixing that.

Rarely need the app and every time I need it I need to reset my password because I can't remember it. Would be nice to be able to log in faster. Would be even faster to log in with bank credentials, but that doesn't seem to be possible for some reason.

My friends sent me birthday gift. First of all I receive a notification letter about additional fee 4 days before deadline. Fee was paid, the customer managers told me that it's ok. But then l receive an information that my parcel was returned. My gift with paid fee was returned! I submit several support requests with demand to explain the situation, I haven't received an explanation. Even fee wasn't returned. Posti said my post is ready to ve received and the link showed me this app to log in and see my post password. There's no way to create an account for me because they don't have a sandbank login or a non-Finnish mobile ID. This was useless
