★★★★★ Great App makes sending and receiving packages much easier not to mention you can pay toll right in the app.

★★★★★ The app is well-made, but posten as a service is often so awfully slow it's ridiculous.

★★★★★ I'm annoyed how the tracking is usually delayed by a lot or never updates unless it reaches my pickup point which can be an inconvenience to planning out the day

★★☆☆☆ The idea is good, but I have never managed to log in to my account, so I can never pick up my packages. Off the app I can do it just fine, it's just the app that refuses to co-operate

★★☆☆☆ Do not order home delivery. This is something posten is incapable of. They can't find the address, they can't call you, they just mark the package as unable to deliver, no one at home. Disgusting service.

★★☆☆☆ Posten in Norway has the worst customer service ever. They are slow as snails with getting my A post items which I send or get delivered, and the delivery people are RUDE & LAZY AF!
