Being able to save locations such as favorites would make this app better. And it's no longer working like it used to... Now it doesn't even have the correct "real-time" on buses. Metro is my only form of transportation. I WANT to like this app, but I can't. Google does a better job... 😑 Update: it was MERGED from 2 apps to one! And it's actually "real-time." I actually really like it now! Lol 😂

This is a dope app because based on location, you are provided several bus route options based on whether you want to have a shorter walking distance, shorter travel time and/or least transfers used. The app autopopulates as you progress throughout your journey. Metro is a fool for that... Wow, I honestly expected a redundant app from ya'll, however I'm eating my words. Metro for the longest had thrived on inefficient, menial, and boring activity. In 2021, times sure have changed for Metro.🥴

I've spoken twice on behalf for Metropolitan transit authority houston. Especially because of Mr Vicent White, Mr Fuller, Mr Ernest, knowing our former houston mayor Sylvester Turner grew up on the acres homes 44 buses. Specifically the 82-second generation bus driver Mr Rivera on the 82. Via thankful to get to where I'm going safely 🙏 🙌 ✝️

The app is always crashing and the ETA for buses real time and schedules are almost always not accurate, so I ts quite difficult to plan a ride. The little green bus icon that shows where the bus is at any given point almost always does not even show up. It's like no one is even maintaining, updating or debugging this app.

Doesn't work at all map doesn't show does not give you options on how to look at the map does not let you plan trips it's bs now, and it has been like this since you all change metro trip uninstalled
