Use it to manage a Three 5G router (NR510E) for home internet. Works OK for first 5 mins then times out and refuses to reconnect. Been trying to reconnect for about 24 hours now. Seems to hold on to invalid connection instead of recycling it properly. Very annoying. UPDATE: found this seems to be due to the router admin password needing to be changed by rebooting the router and logging on to it via browser. App just makes it seem broken, but it's at least partly the router's fault too to be fair

I like this app really straight forward to use

App is good and easy to use. However, when my contract was due to end Three send me a renewal offer which was not a good offer at all. Only when I requested a PAC code (and they therefore knew I was looking to go to another provider) did they make a much better offer. I want to be treated well as an existing customer of 2 years duration, not just when you think you're going to lose my custom.

Since 28th Jan update not showing Data usage from 29th Jan. Today is 31st of Jan and apparently no Data used, which is incorrect.

"I had a very frustrating experience with Three. They told me that if I used their services for 3 months, I would qualify for a mobile contract. After waiting patiently and meeting their requirement, my application was initially approved—only to be canceled within minutes without explanation. This is misleading and unfair. Their customer service offers no clear answers, and I feel like I wasted my time. Very disappointed!". I will mever trust to this network in future by their words.

Rubbish. When I could log into my account, i was just looking through my account details and for some reason 3 had my old email address on my account? My msn email address was saved on my details, how i don't know wen 3 have sent me emails to my correct email address about my bills YOU Didn't READ THIS CORRECT?? ? I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANY OR MY DETAILS. SOMEhow YOU AT THREE 3 DID!! READ THIS INFILL U UNDERSTAND WHAT IVE WROTE! I Have NOT CHANGED ANYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!
