★★☆☆☆ If I could, I would give this company, this app, everything a zero. On 13th December, I had a booking for a facial service which was cancelled without informing me. I was waiting for the service person whom I called up and then was informed that the service was cancelled. I contacted the customer service ppl and one person assured me that they would refund the money and provide me a free service of the same facial for 31st January. Which now they want me to pay for!!!

I have booked an appointment with yes madam using App. Amount is deducted from my account but no service booking is done, Well I understand this can be a system glitch but when u try to connect to customer service. You can't chat or call to any customer support team of yes madam since it isn't working in their app. I have mailed the issue to the yes madam team. Hoping for revert soon... Highly disappointed...
